Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
